Toronto Zoo LOVES families, so we are inviting you to come out and spend your Family Day and Valentine’s Day weekend with us! Children 12 and under, who bring a valentine for their favourite creepy crawly get in FREE (maximum of two children per adult). LOVE BUGS have taken over our Education Auditorium, so stop by to check out interactive bug exhibits, get up close and personal with some really cool bugs, create some bug-tastic crafts or get your photo taken at the Shutter-Bug station!

Family Days at Colborne Lodge
Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14, 12 to 4 p.m. (Closed Monday)
Kick off the Family Day long weekend with a visit to historic Colborne Lodge in High Park. Pretend to be a member of the Howards’ 1870s household while taking your tour through the house. Children prepare their own cookie and play with 19th-century toys.

The Little Sweetheart Ball

On February 8th, Rethink Breast Cancer hosted the 3rd Annual Little Sweetheart Ball. Inspired by the baby boom in Hollywood and with Rethink Breast Cancer’s own staff and supporters, The Little Sweetheart Ball is a “babylicious” benefit for breast cancer where alpha toddlers can see and be seen. This Valentine’s party is for hot mamas, hip daddies and tiny tots to come out and support Rethink Breast Cancer’s Support Saturdays program.
